4. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to residents of the United States only. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter and win. Employees of The McGraw-Hill Companies, its affiliates and subsidiaries and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Online entrants must have Internet access as of May 1st, 2010.

5. PRIZES:
There is 1 prize: The prize consists of one copy of Buffett’s Bites: The Essential Investor's Guide to Warren Buffett's Shareholder Letters by L.J Rittenhouse Motianey for a total value of $19.95

6. ODDS:
Odds of winning will depend upon number of eligible entries received.

7. HOW TO WIN:
One winner will be chosen at random. Winner will be chosen on June 15th, 2010. The winner will be notified via email. The winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release to permit sponsor to use such winner's name and likeness in promotions or announcements.
