Biographical note

Jerome Rosenberg, Ph.D. (Pittsburgh, PA) is Professor Emeritus of Biological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. He is also the author of Schaum's Outline of Beginning Chemistry.

Lawrence Epstein, Ph.D. (Pittsburgh, PA) is a retired professor of general chemistryat the University of Pittsburgh. He also coauthored Schaum's Outline of Beginning Chemistry.

Peter Krieger, Ed.D (West Palm Beach, FL) is a professor of natural sciences at Palm Beach Community College where he also serves as the chairperson of the chemistry/physics department. He is the author of several instructor's manuals in chemistry as well as Understanding General Chemistry (Simon and Schuster) published in 1997.
