Biographical note

John Schlichter, President of OPM Experts, is a PMI-certified OPM3 Assessor and OPM3 Consultant. He led the largest standards development initiative ever undertaken by PMI in order to develop the OPM3. Schlichter has implemented Project Management Offices (PMO's) for multiple Fortune companies. He is frequently invited to speak to audiences worldwide about project management.
