Our convenient online order form will automatically calculate appropriate shipping and handling fees, and tax, if applicable. You can review your purchase total at any time before submitting your final order. For standard delivery, all orders are charged 9 Percent of the total purchase amount for shipping. Rush delivery charges are an additional $6.00 for 2nd Day Delivery, and an additional $12.00 for Next Day Delivery.
