How can I be sure the items I've ordered are in stock?
To confirm that your selection(s) are available and in-stock for immediate shipment, you can contact our customer service staff between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday by calling 1-877-833-5524. International Customers please email: International Customer Service .
What do I need to know about pricing?
All prices, shipping, and handling charges listed throughout this site are in U.S. dollars (USD). International prices and shipping costs may vary, so if you are ordering for delivery to an address outside the U.S., please contact your local McGraw-Hill office for information. International Customers please refer to our International FAQ for pricing information.
Will I be charged sales tax?
McGraw-Hill will add local and state sales tax where appropriate to U.S. orders. International Customers please refer to our International FAQ for the appropriate charges.
How will my order be shipped?
Unless you specify otherwise, orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. International Customers please refer to our International FAQ for available shipping options.
Is rush shipping available?
Our convenient online order form will automatically calculate appropriate shipping and handling fees, and tax, if applicable. You can review your purchase total at any time before submitting your final order. For standard delivery, all orders are charged 9% of the total purchase amount for shipping. Rush delivery charges are an additional $6.00 for 2nd Day Delivery, and an additional $12.00 for Next Day Delivery. International Customers please refer to our International FAQ to determine the appropriate fees.
What forms of payment do you accept?

online orders. To pay by check or money order (drawn from a U.S. bank),
